A spin-off project of early web development efforts for Terra Cognita,
Jasper is a program that lets users create and update their web pages
through their web browser. Because it is built on an underlying database,
users can update the information as often as they wish. While tailored
for Geosciences Departmental use, it may show promise for use in similar
applications and teaching or training HTML programming.
